If you have not already done so, you will want to take some time to think about what you wish to accomplish with your new website. Determine if you will need any special functionality or interactivity with your visitors; consider the type of design style which appeals to you and then be sure to let us know.

Based on the information you provided us when discussing your website project, we attempt to determine your needs, what you are expecting from your website, and try to get a feel for your industry. This is why it is important for you to be as detailed as possible when giving us information about the website you would like developed.
We may have questions for you to help clarify certain issues and we will express those before quoting on your project. Then we can also give you more accurate timeline for completion of your website (Most websites take within 1 to 6 months to complete dependant upon complexity of the website).

Once we have come to an agreement on project details, timeline and price, we will prepare a website development contract for you to review, sign and send back with your deposit. Our rates for website development are usually in the price range of $1500 to $15,000 depending on the complexity of the website project). However we can work out a solution for under $1500 for client’s on a tight budget.

The signed contract and 50% deposit is required before we begin developing your website. The remainder of your balance will be due upon project completion. Once we have received your 50% deposit and signed contract, we will provide you with a copy of the fully executed contract, a receipt for your deposit and your project start date. All projects are scheduled on a “first come, first served” basis.

If needed, we will immediately secure your desired domain name (pending availability) and include the first 2 years of service. The domain is registered in your name with your information and you will be the only registrant contact on file. 

If you require hosting services, we offer hosting services with access to your website’s traffic statistics, 500 MB of storage space and up to 250 email addresses with unlimited forwarding.
